Case Study

Fall Protection Solutions For Toyota Astra Motor Indonesia

Toyota Astra Motor Indonesia, the leading car manufacturer, approached Kee Safety’s authorised distributor when looking for a fall protection solution. Previously there was no safety system on the roof, that could keep safe the workers performing their maintenance tasks.

A site survey was carried out by Kee Safety's Fall Protection Experts to determine the best way to allow the Toyota Facility Management team to safely access the rooftop when carrying out regular maintenance of the roof & gutter on the metal roof.

Our engineers then designed and supplied a suitable and cost-effective Kee Line lifeline system, which was installed by our Authorised Indonesian Fall Protection Partner under the supervision of Kee Safety.

Since 2018, we have supplied our fall protection solutions to five Toyota Astra Motor plants in Indonesia, allowing their maintenance team to safely access the rooftop.
