BeamClamp Floor Fixings
The Floor fixings range are Hot Dip Galvanised to provide excellent corrosion resistance. Using these fixings allows for site tolerances and the ability to relocate the connection should it be required.
The range consists of:
Floorfix is designed for Chequer/Durbar plate flooring.
FloorfixHT is a High Tolerence fixing designed for Chequer/Durbar plate flooring and allows for steelwork erection tolerances of +/-6mm. It is tested by TUV for vibration conditions to suit such applications as machine shops and pedestrian walkways.
Grating Clip is our most economical method of fixing down open steel grating and can be fixed from the top side only. It is designed to suit 30-41mm grating bar centres.
Gratefix is a heavy duty method of fixing down grating and is tested by TUV for vibration. This product is used for short sections of grating that require a high clamping force to resist movement.
All products offer the following features:
- Easily fixed from top side only
- No drilling, no tapping, no welding on site required
- Allows easy repositioning or lifting of floor plate
- No special tools or skilled labour required
- Tested for vibration conditions at TUV (FloorfixHT & Gratefix)
- Hot Dip Galvanised as standard
